IMPORTANT INFORMATION – REQUIRED REGISTRATION WITH ARBITER SPORTS (FORMERLY FAMILYID)

Before any student is allowed to participate in AHS Athletics, your FamilyID registration must be completed and approved. This includes current AHS athletes.

Registration for the 23-24 school year opens on July 1st, 2023 at 8am. If you register prior to July 1st, it will not apply to the 23-24 school year. Current AHS athletes are pre-approved for any sport you were approved for in the 22-23 school year. However, EVERYONE’S physical expires on June 30th and must be updated before any participation in AHS athletics.

Incoming freshmen MUST be enrolled at AHS prior to registering for athletics. If your student is enrolled at ASTI, NEA, or ACLC they MUST live in the AHS attendance zone in order to participate in AHS athletics.

To complete your registration with ArbiterSports you will need to set up your own account and fill out all of the information. You will also need to print out a hard copy of the medical form, fill out your child’s medical history, take the form to a doctor, then upload the form. Please note, the physical must be dated AFTER 6/30.  If you do not have access to a scanner, take a picture from your phone and upload it. Issues that may hold up registration approval are:

1. Please use PARENT’S EMAIL ADDRESS.
2. Parents can NOT be used as emergency contacts.
3. You must use the medical form on Family Id – make sure it is completely filled out, including the physician’s stamp.

All students MUST be approved by the athletic department on ArbiterSports before participating in athletics in any capacity, including summer conditioning and try-outs. Please read the registration procedure on FamilyID carefully before submitting your registration. An incomplete registration will cause delays in approval.
